At BigMat Malta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original fiscal receipt; please note that custom-mixed paints and special orders are non-returnable.

  Visit Our Store

  Bring the item back to our BigMat outlet in Ta' Qali where our customer service team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.

• 3.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Upon approval, you can choose to exchange the item for a different product, receive a store credit note, or obtain a refund via the original payment method.

• 4.
  Bulky Item Collection

  For large building materials or heavy machinery that cannot be transported easily, contact our logistics team to arrange a scheduled pickup for a nominal collection fee.
